2018 has been a massive year for Florida Georgia Line, touring with their last best-selling album, “Dig Your Roots,” and co-writing an incredible single for Bebe Rexha’s EP “All Your Fault: Pt.2” entitled “Meant To Be”.
“I knew that we wrote something really quick and that it sounded somewhat special, but I didn’t know how big it was until the next morning until I slept on it and my ears were cleared,” said Bebe Rexha about the track. “When I heard it in the morning, I sent it to my family group chat, and everybody was like, ‘Oh… my… gosh.’ Everybody freaked out over it. So it was then I knew we had something really special.”
And it seems the public and critics agree, with the song peaking in the top 5 of the Billboard Hot 100 and going on to win Florida Georgia Line their very first nomination for a Grammy for Best Country Duo/Group Performance!
