Daryl Hall & John Oates at iTHINK Amphitheatre

Famous for some of the smoothest grooves the radio has ever known, rock 'n' soul twosome Daryl Hall & John Oates head to Perfect Vodka Amphitheatre on Sunday 6th November 2016! The duo, whose impressive career has spanned over four decades, are performing as part of the second leg of their extensive US tour, and will be pulling out all the hits, like "Maneater" and “I Can't Go For That (No Can Do)”!

Hailing from Philadelphia, American music duo Darryl Hall and John Oates (also known as Hall & Oates), met in 1967 at the Adelphi Ballroom during a battle of the bands competition, where they each performed with their respective acts. The show was stopped when rival gangs opened fire on each other, and when the two hid in the same elevator, they discovered that they were attending the same university and had that their music tastes were similar. From the late 1970s to mid-1980s, the band were incredibly popular in the charts, known for their songs “Maneater”, “I Can't Go For That (No Can Do)” and “Kiss On My List”. Hall and Oates have racked up 18 studio albums in their career, which spans over four decades, with 11 certified as gold or above by the RIAA. 2003 saw their induction into the Songwriters Hall of Fame, and their induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame came in April 2014. Billboard magazine placed Hall & Oates at No. 15 on their list of the 100 greatest artists of all time and the No. 1 duo.
